Because of its quick expanding business, PT. Eastern Logistics is looking for professional individual to join its successful organization to fulfill challenging position as:
Civil Maintenance Superintendant (code : CMS)
Jawa Timur - Paciran, Lamongan
Responsibilities:
a. Developing of SOP and maintenance checklist for civil maintenance that consisting of infrastructure (jetty, drainage, road, yard, weighbridge) and building (all details including civil items, architectural, plumbing, and electrical)
b. Controlling and ensure that all maintenance program consisting of SOP, maintenance checklist and preventive maintenance schedule is running well
c. Plan, control and do improvement for the civil maintenance program
d. Follow up and report the urgent civil maintenance issue from other dept., customer or management by Job Request, HSE finding, or other mechanism and reported to related person for closing
e. Involving actively in ISO/OHSAS audit and EL internal audit that consisting as preparing all required document, closing the finding and involving as internal audit team
f. Issuing material requisition and material/tools inventory
g. Provide yearly cost analysis of maintenance work for budgeting and monitoring the actual expenses
h. Actively participate in the team to implement and promote LS safety rules
Requirements:
· Male, max. 40 years old
· Minimum Diploma 3 or Polytechnic majoring Civil or Architect
· 7 years experience in the related area
· Familiar in English is more preferable
· Computer literate (MS Office) and able to operate AUTOCAD
· Applicants must be willing to work in Paciran, Lamongan.
