Executive-Technical Support (On-Line Games)

The Position
The Executive -Technical Support is required to provide helpdesk support and service for all enquiries from Mainland China in relation to on-line games, products and services
He/she will be required to provide clear written assistance and excellent customer service solutions to users via in -game chat and email as well as phone support
Requirements for the Role
Degree holder in any discipline
23 years old and above
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin; ability to speak basic English is an added advantage
Demonstrated proficiency in typing : minimum of 40wpm
Knowledge of on-line games and how to play on-line games.
Effective listening and communication skills
Multi tasking capabilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
The Benefits
Attractive monthly salary (RM3000)
Quarterly performance related allowance for confirmed staff
Company will organise and pay for the work permit (applicable to China nationals)
Company accomodation : furnished condominium unit (shared) (applicable to China nationals)
Housing allowance if he /she chooses own accomodation (RM500 per month) (applicable to China nationals)
Annual leave is 15 days
Medical leave is 14 days per annivesary year
